  • Lorraine Morrison – City Operations - Exceptional Contribution
    For resolving issues caused by travellers who penetrated the Kodak site in Harrow. Lorraine’s swift action and good estate management knowledge meant that she got the situation under control quickly saving costs and preventing any negative PR impact.

  • Natalie Roberts – Environmental & Engineering (LN) - Exceptional Contribution
    For developing and launching a new Construction Site Environmental Reporting Tool (CERT). The design of the system was a direct result of Natalie's vision to improve the environmental reporting and audit process on development projects.

  • Fhirdos Patel – Office Concierge - Exceptional Contribution
    For her resilience and spirit during and following an incident which caused her harm and which took place on her way home from work. Fhirdos reported for work the following morning on time which was a remarkable effort on her part and demonstrates a great team attitude.

  • Terry Green – Westgate Centre - Exceptional Contribution
    For dealing with an incident involving a seriously ill shopper. Terry coordinated the emergency response including first aid and liaison with the emergency services. Terry and the team coped remarkably well in dealing with the incident and the man was eventually taken to hospital.

  • Laura Robinson, Samantha Knight and Nicola Appleton – White Rose Centre - Corporate Responsibility
    For the outstanding contribution that they made to the White Rose charity car raffle raising £53,000! Nikki, Sam and Laura put together a proposal which offered free promo space on our busy malls for a local car dealer, providing that a car could be donated to us free of charge. They sourced the vehicle and they worked together to arrange White Rose and St Gemma's branding for the vehicle, a promo space calendar for displaying the vehicle, local PR for the charity raffle, branded raffle tickets and a cash handling procedure, and the manpower for selling the raffle tickets.

  • Andy Littlejohns and Wayne Pearce – Princesshay - Environmental
    Andy and Wayne clearly have a passion for the environment. This drive has been demonstrated in many ways throughout the Princesshay site. Andy and Wayne have implemented many additions that have had a positive impact on Exeter’s environment; these include but are not limited to waterless urinals, wildlife gardens, two food digesters, a new & commendable waste strategy and bee hives.

  • Velma Williams and Jacqui O’Connor – Retail Development - Team
    In circumstances where, due to unexpected long term illness of one of the support team members in retail development, the nominees have shown incredible resilience and application as they collectively and proactively have continued to support the development team during an incredibly busy phase.

  • Melanie Williamson, Michael Stephenson, Allison Ellison, Alex Poon, Lee Bannan, Jamie Smith and Andy Hunt – Interserve - Exceptional Contribution
    Melanie Williamson, Michael Stephenson, Allison Ellison, Alex Poon, Lee Bannan, Jamie Smith and Andy Hunt responded to an incident involving the collapse of member of public in the Bridges.  They responded like clockwork, promptly and professionally to this highly stressful and emotional incident. They held nothing back, revived the gentlemen and stabilised him ahead of paramedics arriving on the scene. Their self less dedication is recognised through this award.

  • Victoria Brown, Paul Smithers and Craig Western – St David’s Centre - Exceptional Contribution
    Craig Western, Paul Smithers and Victoria Brown are Security Officers at St David's Dewi Sant, Cardiff. On October 3rd a call was received to say a gentleman had collapsed.  They were first on the scene and realised the man had no pulse. Thanks to their efforts to revive him and the delivery of the correct medical procedures, the gentleman drew breath and a pulse was detected. They used their training to good effect and afterwards a number of retailers and customers commented on how well they had done.

  •  Neil Gravett – Business Standards Implementation - Exceptional Contribution
    Neil visited Lockmeadow Maidstone during his holiday to attend to severe flood damage. He help them through coordinating attendance of contractors and local Council and keeping tenants and LS teams updated daily, finally getting the Centre open after just seven days.

  • Farah Khan - Group Finance - Exceptional Contribution
    Farah is always there to support her internal customers. She's very helpful and thorough and quick when responding. An example would be that a payment on an invoice needed to be made withing days and Farah did all she could to turn this around.

  • Jonny Munday - Group Information Systems - Customer Service
    Jonny was awarded for customer service for his help in ensuring a Food for Thought briefing ran smoothly despite technical difficulties including the last minute building of a new laptop! Jonny was committed to solving the issue and did everything in his power, at the expense of his own time, to find a solution, all with a constant smile on his face.
